Recruitment Process
When looking for employees, we post job ads on local and nationwide websites. Even if you haven't found a suitable listing, send us your CV. We might be looking for someone like you soon!
First, we analyze each submitted resume for suitability for the position. Next, candidates are invited for an interview. After the meeting, we provide each candidate with feedback on recruitment progress and any decision regarding cooperation.
Internship via Employment Office
We invite all unemployed individuals to undertake internships through the Employment Office. Internships take place in Gastronomy, Reception, and Housekeeping departments. We require good communication skills, ease in making contacts, and unemployed status. After a 6-month internship, the best candidates may be offered permanent employment.
For Students
We invite first- and second-degree students to undertake three-month paid internships. We offer positions in Administration, Reception, Food & Beverage, Technical Department, and Housekeeping. We welcome applications from dedicated and passionate students. The candidate's tasks will include supporting various departments and completing assigned duties to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
